【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiessafetyandhygienerequirementsforthedesignandmanufactureofbaguetteslicersusedincateringbyadults,takingaccountofinstallation,cleaning,operating,maintenanceanddecommissioning.Theintendeduseofthesemachinesistocutbaguetteandsimilartypesoflongbreadsticks,intoslices.ThisEuropeanStandardcoversrequirementsforthesafeoperationofthemachineincluding:loading,cutting,unloading,cleaning,crumbremovalandmaintenance.Thesemachineshaveacrescentbladefixedtoashaft,witharotatingmovementandverticalmanualloading.Thesemachinesareintendedtobeinstalledonatable,aspecificsupportoranintegralstand.ThefollowingmachinesareexcludedfromthescopeofthisEuropeanStandard:?framecuttermachineswithmultipleblades1);?machineswithrotarycrescent(sickle)orcircularbladefixedtoashaftwithoscillatingmovementandhorizontalmanualloading1);?experimentalandtestingmachinesunderdevelopmentbythemanufacturer;?domesticappliances.ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttobaguetteslicers,whentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer(seeClause4).Noiseisnotconsideredtobeasignificanthazard.AnoisetestcodeisgiveninAnnexA.ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotdealwithnoisereduction.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletobaguetteslicerswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisEuropeanStandardbyCEN.
