【摘要】:EN74-2specifies:?materials;?designrequirements;?specifiedvaluesforresistancesandstiffnesseswhichacouplerhastoachieveundertest;?testproceduresandassessment;forthefollowingspecialcouplers:?screworwedgehalfcouplers,sleevecouplerswithshearstuds,rightanglereductioncouplersandswivelreductioncouplers.Itgivesrecommendationsforon-goingproductioncontrol.Thesecouplersareforuseprincipallyintemporaryworks.Eachcouplerisabletobefixedtoatleastonesidetoone48,3mmdiametersteeloraluminiumtube.Fortheothersideofreductioncouplers,thisstandardspecifiesrequirementsforthediameterandwallthicknessoftubes.Fortesting,screwcouplersaretightenedwithatorqueof50Nmandwedgecouplersaretightenedwitha500ghammeruntilthejarringblow.Otherspecialhalfcouplerssuchashalfcouplersattachedbyriveting,usedmainlyformembersofprefabricatedscaffolds,areoutsidethescopeofthisEuropeanStandard.
