【摘要】:Thestandardspecifiesrequirementsfortheinstallation,exchange,relocationandremovalofcreditorprepaymentdiaphragmandultrasonicgasmeterswithamaximumcapacitynotexceeding6m3/h.NOTE1Forthepurposesofthisstandard,installationincludesdesign,inspectionandcommissioning.Itisrecognizedthateachofthesetaskscanbeperformedbythesameperson.ThispartofBS6400isapplicabletometerinstallations:a)suppliedwith3rdfamilygaseseither:1)fromlowpressureservicepipeworkwithamaximumoperatingpressurenotexceeding75mbarandadesignmaximumincidentalpressureof350mbar;or2)frommediumpressureservicepipeworkwithamaximumoperatingpressureexceeding75mbarbutnotexceeding2barandadesignmaximumincidentalpressureof2.7bar;b)onlyfitteddownstreamoftheemergencycontrolvalve;c)thatutilizesameterregulatordownstreamoftheemergencycontrolvalve;d)whereallgasfittingssubjectedtomediumpressurehavebeenpre-assembledandwherestrengthandgastightnesstestinghasbeenundertakenontheregulatorassemblyatthefactory;e)wheretheoperatingpressureattheoutletofthemeterisnominally37mbar.InstallationpipeworkisspecifiedinBS5482-1andLPGACodeofPractice25[14].Servicepipework(includingthefirstemergencycontrolvalve)isspecifiedinBS5482-1andtheLPGACodeofPractice22[15]andLPGACodeofPractice25[14].Thisstandarddoesnotcoverpressureregulatinginstallationsinstalledinaservicepipeworkupstreamoftheemergencycontrolvalve.
